Guy was very friendly to work with in the beginning who visited the house for measurements. Carlos and his two buddies did an excellent job installing solid wood and engineered wood floors in the house. They kept me informed throughout the process. I asked them to use a specific poly on the solid wood and they were able to do it, which was a big favor to me. At the end of the job the owner called me to make sure I was fully satisfied with the job rather than just focusing on the profits and moving on to their next client.

Remodeling a guest bath, contractor recommended this place over in Mesquite.Was in and made purchases 3 times in the course of a month and was pleasantly surprised each time.Employees in the store were a bit hard to find (no one want to work anymore) but when we did have questions everyone we had contact with was knowledgeable, willing to go dig around in whse to find stuff.Checkout was easy and ended up returning a few items and that process was smooth as well. We will be back!

After looking at carpet in big box stores we found Floors 4 Less. We went there and ended up buying my wife's first choice, a mixed dark wood look lam anent flooring. It's beautiful and just as nice was the price and it included installation. Just as important, from the day we signed the P. O., the visit to measure our family room to a finished installation was only about a weeks time. It sure makes our family room look bigger and so much nicer then that 12 year old oatmeal colored piled carpet. The 2 dogs can't get use to their slipping around. When you go to Floors 4 Less tell them where you read about their service, their products and installation. We are 100% satisfied/happy with all they provided to us.

Sharif and the team installed our hardwoods and one room of carpet last year. I knew I would use them again when we replaced our upstairs carpet. Their crew was extremely hard working and very nice to deal with. They did a fantastic job on our baseboards as well. We met with Eyhab and Al initially (who are awesome) and they explained the process and handled the contract piece, then their team dealt with us for the most part there on out. I know that bothers some, but it was fine, the crew was great. I work from home and they were very accommodating with me with times, days,etc. When they were done they cleaned up after themselves to the point where if you looked in my house and front yard you could never tell it was a disaster the week before ;) I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for new floors!!

Hugo and his crew did a great job on refinishing our solid hardwood floors! We are very pleased! Sharif always answered my phone calls and texts and was very responsive! We REALLY appreciated that. The only hiccup was that we thought the price quoted included the normal number of coats that they put polyurethane on and it wasn’t. They only included 2 coats in the quote, when normally they do 3. So, we paid more money for them to put a 3rd coat on. Sharif realized we didn’t talk about it beforehand, so he did give us a discount, but next time I will ask that everything be spelled out on the invoice. Otherwise, I would’ve given them 5 stars!

They did a great job on our hardwood floors. Very low prices compared to the quotes we got from other companies. We had close to 1000 square feet done and they were in and out in 2 days. Transitions look great as well. Our home looks much better and this definitely improved our resale value!

Laminate was destroyed by a slab leak, we got 3 bids to replace flooring on our entire first floor. Floors 4 Less was not only the best for selection and price, but schedule was by far the best, they started work 2 days after contract was signed. The install was seamless, they showed up on time, kept the work site clean and completed the entire first floor rip out and install in 3 days...including putting the baseboards and shoe molding back. Beautiful. At the initial walk through we also received good advice about how to make the install most cost effective. Truly a great experience. Call them today if you need new flooring!

Fully satisfied with this experience. Planned to put wood down in one room only but decided to do three when we saw the cost. Eyhab was helpful through the entire process and the installers did a great job. Except for the floors (and some lingering dust :) ), you couldn't tell they'd been there after they'd finished. I recently contacted Floors 4 Less after I had water damage inside my home. I checked pricing with two other companies and they had the best pricing. They also reviewed my Insurance documents and found some discrepancies with the adjusters results. They emailed the Insurance company and was able to get the discrepancies cleared up. We used Floors 4 Less after going through a flood in our home. Not only did they help us replace all of our floors on our entire downstairs but also our baseboard trim, our counter tops and our back splash. The amount of assistance with not only our floors but with several aspects of our rebuild allowed us to not have to hire a GC to rebuild and saved us so much money! We actually did contact a GC at first but he informed us he could not even match the pricing on the engineered hardwoods so we ended up only using Floors 4 Less and one other vendor to do the entire downstairs rebuild, over 2,000 sq ft. I can't say enough about the help and the great customer service. If not for Eyhab at Floors 4 Less I know I would have paid much more and not received half as much as I did for my money. He was not only a great asset in our rebuild he had himself been through a flood and was able to give us invaluable advice with dealing with our home owners insurance on our claim. I literally can't say enough good things about our experience and I'm a pretty picky customer.

Great price for engineered hardwood floors. Both owners came by and checked on the project and the install went smoothly. We picked out our color and made the down payment on Friday and they started on the install the following Monday. I would recommend giving these guys a shot.

Many flooring companies advertise an enticing low price for materials and installation, but by the time the estimate is written it is laden with hidden fees that exponentially inflate the total cost. They improperly reinstalled the toilet resulting in a slow leak that damaged the flooring and required us to reinstall ourselves and repair the flooring. All the owner cared about was collecting his money before the job was complete. The crew they brought in to stain the stairs was totally incompetent as well. Buyer beware.EDIT—the new owner of this business stepped up and remedied the problems with the damage to the flooring to the toilet reseating issue. We’re very satisfied with their response and would recommend using them.

Floors 4 Less did a wonderful job on our flooring project. We have flooring that was put in by the builder throughout most of the downstairs, and Floors 4 Less order new flooring and installed quickly and perfectly to replace our bedroom carpet downstairs. The install including furniture removal, installing around base boards, and meshing wood into the existing floor in the hall way was perfect. No mess, No hassle, nothing. After paying for flooring I had to wait and contact the salesperson for an installation date. I gave them 3 different dates and finally was told that they would be here on Monday. They never showed or called so I called and was given the excuse that the company delivering the flooring had taking it back becauseno one was at yhe store when they came. Then I was told that they had scheduled to pick up the flooring on Tuesday but Tuesday came and no flooring installed. Wednesday came and the salesperson had brought the flooring and laid it outside saying the installers were on their way. Its been 3 hours sine then and no installers to put the floor down. We have moved all furniture out for 3 days waiting on these people and now we were toldthey would be here in 10 monutes. That was 3 hours ago. Floors4Less were great for closing the sale and the installation guys were great but after care for flooring problems is something they don't seem to care about. 9 months after install the flooring started cracking and it took 6 mos. to get someone out here then a full year passed with nothing. Finally a sales person and a flooring rep came out, after I got ugly with them, and that's been over 3 mos ago and still nothing but empty promise. Get your flooring needs done elsewhere or pray you never need after install care! I hate to leave bad reviews but this is ridiculous and I wouldn't do it again!!!
